What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom equipment?
Standard stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Custom-configured helmets or shoulder pads require additional assembly time and generally ship within 7-10 business days.
Does Schutt offer reconditioning services for football helmets?
Yes, we highly recommend professional reconditioning every season. Our certified process includes cleaning, sanitizing, inspection for cracks, and recertification to NOCSAE standards.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, equipment that has been used in practice or games cannot be returned.
Are Schutt products covered by a warranty?
Most Schutt helmets carry a 5-year warranty on the shell and a 1-year warranty on internal parts. Specific warranty details vary by product category and are included in the original packaging.
